Lengshuitan District (Chinese: 冷水滩区) is a district that constitutes the northern half of Yongzhou county in the north of Yongzhou prefecture, Hunan province in China. It is situated on the Xiang river and is under the administration of Yongzhou city. In 2005, its population was approximately 94,000.
