EHRS Summit has been brought to life to offer HR enthusiasts the opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, gain knowledge and get practical tips to be well prepared for the future, and take time to network with other HR people. The event's overarching theme is full-scale preparation for the future, and all the presentations are built around it.
EHRS Summit is not just a conference - our program has been put together with different formats in mind: longer presentations alternate with…EHRS Summit has been brought to life to offer HR enthusiasts the opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, gain knowledge and get practical tips to be well prepared for the future, and take time to network with other HR people. The event's overarching theme is full-scale preparation for the future, and all the presentations are built around it.
EHRS Summit is not just a conference - our program has been put together with different formats in mind: longer presentations alternate with shorter, 15-minute boosts of inspiration, and we've also included several longer-than-usual networking breaks to the schedule. Demos of various HR products/service providers will also take place during the breaks, so that visitors can learn more about exciting and innovative solutions that help make everyday HR management more effective.
And pay attention — EHRS Summit is bilingual! Presentations and demos will take place on the Estonian and English stages in parallel. "New in Estonian HR" buddy program

"New in Estonian HR" is a buddy program in which we bring people who are just entering the field of HR together with experienced professionals. The purpose of the program is to help new players navigate the Estonian HR landscape and create opportunities for networking.

EY Academy in Tallinn University of Technology

I was the initiator and lead of EY Academy project that was launched in Tallinn University of Technology in autumn 2017. EY Academy is a course for business students with the aim to offer student an overview of the profession of business consultants and show them how to apply theoretical knowledge in real life business cases. EY Academy is a subject course for all undergraduate and graduate students at TalTech. The course is run by experts and specialists from EY.

I had the honor to work closely with Tallinn University of Technology and lead EY Lounge project. Our aim was to provide students with a comfortable place to rest between lectures, network with each other and study. It was the first student lounge in the Faculty of Economics. We turned a dark unused space into colorful and comfy leisure zone.

Every year Network of Estonian Non-Profit Organizations (NENO) recognizes those who have contributed the most to the development of a caring society and an active civil society. They are looking for Volunteers of the Year as well as Civil Society Makers of the Year.
In 2023 we got nominated and won the Civil Society Makers of the Year in Company of the Year category.
