I have an business account on Meta console with phone number register to it. I want to access the same account with same phone on my phone by registering it to Whats App Business app. ON verification screen it get stuck says Whats app is temporary unavailable & it continuous for 2 days.

Also, If I want to have two way communication(Sales team to Customer) with manual interaction is it possible with business account?
