My Google Maps is very bright while driving at night. How do I turn on "dark mode"?
To have Google Maps enter dark mode, you must reduce the instrument panel brightness.
Roll the right selector wheel on the steering wheel to Brightness Setting.
Click on Brightness Setting.
Scroll down to adjust the instrument panel brightness to the desired setting.
Press the right selector wheel to exit.
Note: If the instrument panel brightness is set to max brightness, Google Maps will not enter dark mode at night.
