Many of the messages have been sent out to everyone regardless if they are over or not. Best way to know is on your boards you see a yellow top banner or not... If you see a such you are over and you should go to the members tab on the workspace as that will show you why (could be old guests, pending invites or actually over 10 across multiple boards)
