Gmail integration

I am new to Trello. Just added extension, and from within an email, clicked on the extension.  I thought there were defaults that pull the subject line of an email, but my view only includes Trello off to the side, with "Add card" and "unable to find any boards" under "Trello". Suggestions what is next step?
