We have a team that exists outside of the JIRA environment, and are inside of Service now. IS it possible to send tickets over to Service now from JSM?
I was looking at this documentation but it looks like it references alerts only.

Ideally we would like to be able to just send over the whole ticket and create a sub task on the JIRA ticket or something along those lines.
One possibility would be to either use webhooks or send a web request within Jira Automation. This way, you could send a request to ServiceNow or a middleware that includes the data of the Jira issue.
