Internationale UNESCO-conferentie over 70 jaar Haags Verdrag Van 13 tot en met 15 mei 2024 is het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden gastheer van de UNESCO Internationale Conferentie “Cultural Heritage and Peace: Building on 70 years of The UNESCO Hague Convention, for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict” (Cultureel Erfgoed en Vrede: Bouwen op 70 jaar UNESCO Haags Verdrag, voor de bescherming van culturele eigendommen in geval van gewapende conflicten). De 70e verjaardag van het Haags Verdrag brengt experts van over de hele wereld samen in het Vredespaleis en World Forum in Den Haag. Om samen de baten, uitdagingen en lessen te bespreken die zijn opgedaan sinds de inwerkingtreding van het verdrag.
