As a senior technical program manager at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, I lead agile transformations and deliver innovative solutions that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency for our customers in various domains, such as lighting, energy, and transportation. With over 20 years of experience in managing complex and concurrent projects, I have a proven track record of transforming innovative ideas into effective and marketable products, using agile methodologies and best practices to plan, execute, and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

I excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing project budgets and resources, mitigating risks, and implementing change control. Some of my recent achievements include launching Nexus, Hexagon’s new Digital Reality Platform for manufacturers that connects people, technologies and data to accelerate innovation and bring ideas to market. Also, overseeing a portfolio of programs and projects across multiple locations, and streamlining manufacturing processes with data-driven insights. I hold multiple certifications in project management, agile, and disciplined agile, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills.

With a Foundation in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in General Management, I embody a unique fusion of technical prowess and strategic acumen. Certified as a SAFe Scale Agile Release Train Engineer and SAFe Agilest, my career has been marked by a rich tapestry of experience in steering Agile Trains, particularly as a Scale Agile Solution Train Engineer. I have successfully managed expansive programs and portfolios across diverse sectors, including Lighting Management Systems, CAD and CAE PLM Solutions, and Digital Learning.
