As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including design, procurement, and installation teams, to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or cladding industry. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
