Since 2015, we've garnered a community of 2M customers and 1.2M Instagram followers by maintaining a continuous dialogue and providing personalized offerings, online and in person. The Mejuri app was the natural next step for us. 80% of our site traffic come from mobile and our customers are incredibly engaged – resulting in a 40% increase in click-through rate YoY. In addition, since launching SMS in 2019, we've garnered 350,000 SMS subscribers. Our retail expansion strategy will continue in tandem with this app launch and membership program. We are excited to share that we have launched our second Sustainability Report! The report brings readers along the latest steps in our sustainability journey across four pillars: people, planet, product and philanthropy. As part of our  commitment to transparency and action, the report examines our practices and supply chain and identifies opportunities to improve with the aim to set actionable metrics. “I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made since our last Sustainability Report; we’ve committed to a climate-positive future and improved circularity and traceability throughout our supply chain,” says Noura Sakkijha, CEO and Co-founder of Mejuri. “However, our work towards a more sustainable future is never complete – we have an ongoing commitment that requires constant learning, reinvention, and transparency.” The report announces the first commercial quantity of Regeneration’s Salmon Gold, which will be available to purchase on June 24th in four styles. This is a result of our larger partnership and investment of $1.5M USD into Regeneration, a revolutionary re-mining initiative from RESOLVE that works to simultaneously mitigate environmental harm caused by legacy mining, support biodiversity and habitat rehabilitation of mine sites. Salmon Gold represents a pioneering approach to sourcing gold from Regeneration associated mines, ensuring that each batch is fully traceable from its origins. Increasing its use of Salmon Gold material will enable us to achieve higher levels of traceability over time while also contributing to habitat restoration, aiding in our 2030 traceability and climate-positive goals which were announced last October. The report also highlights our progress from the last year, including our latest collaborations and recognitions, the introduction of SCS-007 certified sustainable lab grown diamonds, our Polybag Recycling Program and our charitable donations through the Empowerment Fund.
