    Happy Pride Month! 🌈 As we celebrate, let's focus on the best ways to support the LGBTQ+ community: Do's: ✅ Support LGBTQ+ Initiatives Year-Round: Ensure that your support for the LGBTQ+ community extends beyond Pride Month. Implement inclusive policies and practices throughout the year. ✅ Educate and Train Employees: Provide training sessions on LGBTQ+ issues and inclusivity to educate employees and create a more understanding and supportive workplace. ✅ Partner with LGBTQ+ Organizations: Collaborate with LGBTQ+ organizations for events, sponsorships, and initiatives. This helps amplify their voices and shows genuine support. ✅ Showcase Diverse Voices: Highlight stories and contributions from LGBTQ+ employees and leaders within your organization. Ensure diverse representation in your campaigns and messaging. ✅ Celebrate Internally and Externally: Organize internal events and activities to celebrate Pride Month and promote inclusivity within your organization. Share your support and initiatives on social media and other external platforms. Don'ts: ❌ Avoid Rainbow-Washing: Don't use Pride Month solely for marketing purposes without making meaningful contributions to the LGBTQ+ community. Ensure your support is genuine and backed by action. ❌ Don't Tokenize: Avoid using LGBTQ+ individuals or symbols as mere tokens in your campaigns.     E.L.F. BEAUTY calls out the lack of U.S. board diversity with their new campaign, "Change the Board Game." Their agency, OBERLAND, analyzed the names of nearly 37,000 board members of 4,429 publicly traded companies on the NYSE and Nasdaq. Of the male board members, 566 were named Richard, Rick, or Dick. Hispanic women numbered 283--or half of the men who happened to be named Dick. The study also found more Black women (806 total) and Asian women (774) than men named Dick, but by slim enough margins to still raise eyebrows. Other findings include that the average corporate board in America is 88 percent White.
