Congratulations, #TeamBell, on continuing such a storied tradition with the Bell Hockey Classic! As your dedicated partners in sports and rec, we were honoured to host year 2... As our Canlan Sports York complex was buzzing Bell-blue, we felt the camaraderie among the participants, as it truly was a celebration of hockey for a great cause. The team at our York location spared no effort in ensuring that every aspect of the Bell Hockey Classic was a memorable: Our 6-pad complex provided the perfect experiential space for the action-packed games and heartfelt moments shared by over 450 (!) Bell team members and retirees. But it didn't stop there – we offered full Canlan Sports access to Bell that was on-brand, from vibrant signage to activations, creating an immersive atmosphere that truly embodied the spirit of #BellforBetter. Behind the scenes, our dedicated League Conveners expertly managed the tournament, while our professional Referees ensured safe, fair play and competition. And that's not all: Our Timekeepers not only kept the games running smoothly but also provided real-time stats and schedules, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the event. From the convenience of our registration platform to the clarity of our best-in-class rulebook, we left no 'puck' unturned in delivering exceptional sports experiences for our Bell community. And let's not forget the little touches – like providing the game pucks, offering beverage services in the dressing rooms, and serving up delicious food and beverages in our banquet rooms that made every moment of the Bell Hockey Classic special. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of sports – it brings people together and makes a difference.
