ApplyBoard is aware of recent online activity by a former team member which references an allegation against another former team member and ApplyBoard’s handling of that allegation. Both of these individuals have not been with the company for years. The allegation referred to was reported and investigated by ApplyBoard at the time it was made in accordance with ApplyBoard’s Workplace Violence, Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Policy. Due to privacy and confidentiality constraints, we are not able to provide details about the specifics in this case. We stand by our investigation and the steps taken as a result. ApplyBoard takes allegations of workplace harassment extremely seriously. All incidents and complaints of workplace harassment are diligently addressed in accordance with our policy. We strive to ensure every ApplyBoard team member meets the standards set out in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and we remain committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, respectful, and supportive work environment for all team members in accordance with our Workplace Violence, Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Policy. We encourage any team member to report any concerns about workplace harassment immediately and in a manner in which they feel comfortable. ApplyBoard has zero tolerance for reprisals or retaliation in respect of complaints or reports made in good faith.
