We would like to see how long does it take on average to evaluate the trust status of a certificate to identify any area that we can improve upon to optimize Firefox's loading speed.

PRELIMINARY NOTES:
Please fill in the data_sensitivity
property of the metric definition so that it fills in the necessary column in the answer to Q5. I'm presuming the category is 1: Technical Data and proceeding with the review.
If the answer to Q7 of "This collection will be collected for six months" is accurate, please adjust the expires
value to reflect a Firefox version that is about six months out (like 132 or so). I am proceeding with the review under the assumption that this is a not-expiring, permanent collection.
DATA COLLECTION REVIEW RESPONSE:
Is there or will there be documentation that describes the schema for the ultimate data set available publicly, complete and accurate?
Yes.
Is there a control mechanism that allows the user to turn the data collection on and off?
Yes. This collection can be controlled through the product's preferences.
If the request is for permanent data collection, is there someone who will monitor the data over time?
Yes, :jschanck is responsible.
Using the category system of data types on the Mozilla wiki, what collection type of data do the requested measurements fall under?
Category 1, Technical.
Is the data collection request for default-on or default-off?
Default on for all channels.
Does the instrumentation include the addition of any new identifiers?
No.
Is the data collection covered by the existing Firefox privacy notice?
Yes.
Does the data collection use a third-party collection tool?
No.
