See projectOUR PURPOSE:
The Cotton On Foundation is passionately driven by our team to create sustainable change in the environment and lives of those in need. The Cotton On Foundation has been working in Southern Uganda since 2008, beginning with assistance to the village of Mannya. Work has expanded to Busibo Village with potential that the Foundation will continue to work with Outreach villages in the future to achieve our goal of creating 20,000 education places by 2020.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will empower community members, COF Staff and customers by providing legendary coffee specific training, instilling the fundamental values of Mannya Robusta coffee and customer service through education of quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, open and comfortable environment
