Payment

I was approved all the time and pay back on time but I try to get another cash advance but got denied so I thought it was error so I try 4 other times and it was not approved which I don’t get it after having a good history paying on time so I emailed them and a bot saying there is a cooling time space which i waited almost a month and try again to apply and again it wasnt approved that why I only gave a three stars , they need to look at history payment to determine to approve or not.

Too Long to get Support to answer and never received advance

I may change my review if I get an answer back on this, but this app was great to begin with; I was able to get a few advances and paid them back with no issue. Fast forward to today, and now I hope I’m not stuck paying back an advance I never received. I applied for and was approved for an advance the last week of April. The advance never came, so I emailed support. It took them a week to get back to me, the day before the advance I never received was supposed to be automatically paid back. They said that my advance never settled in my account and they pushed the due date out because I should be getting the money the beginning of the next week. I never received it, so they pushed the date out again and told me there was an issue with the app and that it was being updated. Still no money, and the latest auto payback date is tomorrow, and I still have not heard from customer support. It has been a week, and I do not want to have money taken out of my account when I never received the advance in the first place. Support takes way too long to get back to you, and they need to be able to address issues like this timely, especially when it involves auto payback.

Highly Disappointed With This App

I can say that I once had faith in this app but I no longer do. When first discovering this app and downloading it, I was able to receive a cash advance of $100 instantly. I paid my advance back on time to Money App. Then when trying to get a second advance, I was denied. I reached out via email to customer support to understand why this was happening. The representative explained that there is a cool-off period but if nothing has changed on my end, I should had been able to advance again in a few more days. Understood. But miraculously, literally within minutes after receiving the email, I was able to advance again $100 from the app. I paid this advance back even BEFORE the due date. Let's just say, I have been a faithful customer. Now, it has been an entire week, going into week two and I am unable to advance anything from this app. None of my bank information has changed. I don't understand how companies treat faithful/dependable customers this way. I am unsure if the system has a glitch or I am truly being denied but if this is the case, Money App will be losing a customer.
