Unhappy with the app

I enjoy the shorts that I even bought coins to have them disappear with my Facebook app. When I went on again it didn’t show the over 1000 + coins I bought but 0. What a farce this was.

Glitchy

I found this app and have need enjoying the stories. I’ve logged in daily for over a week. Today I logged in and all of my progress is gone the episode I’ve been watching. It’s too expensive and I’m not purchasing a subscription. But to make users lose their progress after being loyal. I’ll wait and see if my progress returns. If not this app will be a waste of my time and I’ll delete it. The short stories are great though and I’d totally watch these as short stories.
Contacted support they said they would work on it. But I’m guessing it’s an app glitch. I’ve logged in for over two weeks straight and it still says one day streak. I’ve lost all the content I already opened. I refuse to unlock it again and waste the daily coins I just earned

Data erases when updated

I’ve only had the app for a week and it was running fine with some occasional video rendering lags. But it updated today and I lost all unlocked episodes and accrued coins. I don’t know if it’s worth it to keep using if I lose my progress when the app updates. You can’t even unlock at the episode you had been on, it has to be unlocked in order so I would have to go through all of the videos I’ve watched each day for a week just to get back to where I was.
