Worthless

This app has never worked for me.

SLOW AND NO USEFUL AT ALL!!

I got this app because I have a lot of doctors appointments to keep up with, but I might as well just write them all down and keep the dates on my calendar. This app is slow. It never updates with any of my information. Going through messages when I do finally get them is impossible. The messages never open and when they do, it’s a blank screen. And trying to delete messages you might as well forget about because it takes ages.

Recent problems fixed with reload

I had lost the ability to sign into the app with TouchID and was also no longer receiving app notifications, which was all very frustrating. I finally tried deleting and reloading the app and the permissions screen popped up to request access to TouchID and notifications (though notifications had already been given permissions and haven’t been showing up anyway).

At least the fingerprint log in is working for me again, time will tell if notifications have been reinstated.

It would be nice if we could set the landing screen for when the app initially opens. I would rather it go to the dashboard or messages page than results page.

I have been using the app for several years now and I really haven’t had any trouble until the recent need to re-load the app. It took me less than 3 minutes, just wish I had thought of it months ago when I started having trouble.

Messaging has always worked for me through the app, and I was even able to request appointments until covid-19 changed that (not apps fault).

Lab tests are sometimes slow because doctors have to review and release them first, this is not remotely a fault of the app.
