EverWash 4+

The car wash in Lonoke Ar is broken more than it is operational Over the time I have been a member the car wash is usually broken at least 5 days of the month. The people running it don’t really seem to care and it is customer that sometimes put signs up that it don’t work . This time the wash has been down for 5 days straight . I bought the membership to keep my truck clean and I have had to hand wash it several times now due to the lack of a functioning car wash. I have call the number on the door and never received an answer or reply to messages left. If service doesn’t improve soon, I will cancel membership

Wrote to them bc I used the app TWICE to cancel service for the winter season, like I was told that I could do from the reps at the carwash place. I reached out (emailed) yesterday to customer after I tried twice and it was still taking money out of my account! Rep Jenny says that they would not refund my money bc I did not call in. I am calling in now, bc I tried to use the app, like I was told too.. she also commented that she didnt see where I reached out! She must be remedial bc I told her I used the app and NOW I am reaching out bc it did not work!!! I also responded…what do you mean I did not reach out!! I CALLED AND SPOKED WITH A REP YESTERDAY!!!! He told me then that in order to freeze the account I had to call and ask which is totally different from what the carwash people told me. From the carwash reps I was told that I can change it through the app! I told her…That’s ok.. I will handle you all myself.. Evidently there is no communication between you all, the reps and the actual establishments!

So yesterday I recieved an email of cancellation.. Fine with me… my bank credited my account… they need to make sure that alllll reps, carwash workers too, know their OWN policies and procedures!

I’ve been a member for about 2 years and I have to tell you. Your employees are the rudest bunch of people I ever encountered at a car wash. From this new cashier right out the front and back entrances.
Finally one guy cracks a smile and is a bit more friendly. The others? I wouldn’t give you a plug nickel for any of them. I say hello all the time I get no answer. When it’s time to take my car I say thank you. Maybe 1 guy barely says hello.
I decided to stop tipping . Tipping isn’t mandatory but being in the tipping industry I tip. But that’s going to cease. I feel like I’m bothering them to do their job. This cashier is the worst. I left mailing behind right in front of her. When I got back there I said “ oh thank God it’s here.” She never lifted her head from her phone. Someone could have taken it but she chose not to get involved. Very nice to look out for your customers. It sickens me to tip someone for unfriendly, lousy, miserable attitudes and that’s just what EverWash employs.
