Great App but Slight Accessibility Challenge

I have found this app to be easy to use, and it appears to be accessible with screen readers. I have only come across a slight challenge that may make this app difficult to use for blind users. When you use the app to sign up for online banking, you are only given a five or ten minute session before your progress is lost. For a blind user, this is not enough time for card activation because we can't read the card number, meaning that we need to use a special software to scan the card and read the number aloud so we can type it. This process alone took me long enough to time out my session so when I finished typing the number my progress was lost. People who are blind simply can't read and type as fast as sighted people, so these sessions are not long enough. I understand that this is for security, but to make this app more accessible, I recommend thirty minute sessions. If this is not possible, another option would be to add an option to the session time out screen saying user is still there. Instead of just telling you the session will time out in one minute, it could ask if you are still there and if the user does not answer within a certain time it will automatically log off. I thank anyone who has read and considered this feedback, as well as any developers who could work to implement it.

Zero Support for Joint/AuthUser Credit Card Views

It’s not 1960. We have a two income household and my husband & I use one credit card account to manage all our standard expenses. The hoops we had to go through to basically get & manage a “joint credit card” are totally crazy. We have a joint checking & savings already with Chase. We have the same home address and all the other standard married people financial commonalities. In order to get a shared credit card with Chase, my husband had to get the CC and I’m an “authorized user”. If this was as bad as it got, it would be ok. However! I can’t see any transactions as an auth user. We BOTH manage our budgeting spreadsheet (see my first statement - it’s not 1960). We also both had individual Chase logins from before we were married, with our own accounts there too. To get around this, we basically had to go link up this CC through Mint just so I could see transactions. WHY IS THERE NO OPTION FOR A PERSON TO GIVE AUTH USERS TRANSACTION VIEW ACCESS?! Surely a husband & wife sharing a credit card account with both parties wanting to see the info is not usual. Please make this less annoying and work in a modern way that assumes we’re partners and I’m not a trad wife. Thx

Glitch in your system and I notified you in august 2021.

My card was changed several times due to identity theft in February 2021. I had a balance of about 7600 dollars and chase bank worked with me I made several payments via phone in July 2021 via phone and check. When I looked for addresses on truthfinder to get addresses to file my hate crime my credit card balance jumped . I keep a running total of my balance in my head for august 2021. I called in august 2021 and spent many many months explaining everything over and over going back and forth fraud dept to customer service until finally I was told about a glitch in the system telling fraud and customer service representatives that there are duplicate charges and I have to Manually find them by self I asked for a program that a bank can use for this certain situations again I was told No Again I was given extremely poor service I even went to my local chase bank and again a representative no we cannot help you the credit card was closed and now again I have over 700 dollars in charges I was told no new card just apply. With this type of Poor Poor bankings and poor customer service and fraud department I refuse to pay anything on that card get an attorney for federal criminal charges I intend to prosecute. I do not train new employees with all of these poor communication skills. I will never reapply for any chase bank credit card.
I am not your problem solver
