Awesome Stay in Fort Lauderdale Florida

We had an awesome stay at the Best Western I-95. The hotel staff were all professional, always providing excellent customer service. When we check in, there was a problem with the pre-charges, which I paid before I arrived, showing a charge on my checking account, but not in their computer. Thanks to the General Mgr,Teji, who took care of the problem quickly the next day. The 3rd floor room that we were assigned had a broken refrigerator, and the TV had no cable signal. Naika, the front desk night clerk, quickly reassigned of to a better room on the 1st floor with no problems. The breakfast bar was excellent, and was kept fully stocked daily by Lina, the breakfast hostess. I would also like to recognize Mary, front desk day clerk for her smile, and great attitude in providing excellent customer service during our entire stay, truly they all work together as a team, providing customer service well beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, and because of them , we will make this our hotel of choice every time we visit this great city in the future.

My app is not secure

I had the same woman kick me out of a hotel in Conway and Branson because I reported a glitch in the app. I am not sure why the hotel owner would be upset about that since I was being honest and was actually saving him money. But that woman stole the money I had on a prepaid card that I had to go get after she alleged my debit card and Cash App did not work even though my bank clearly shows that I paid. I contacted Booking for a refund and heard nothing back. I am a Beta Tester, so I was doing exactly as I am supposed to do, but I am not sure how that woman knew I reported a glitch unless she had access to the app itself or was able to get access using fake WiFi. The night clerk had her son in the lobby playing Roblox. She was the one who told me my card didn’t work and insisted I go get a $100 preps card. Now I am sure that she didn’t use my money for herself, right? But I am really confused why a hotel owner would kick me out when I reported a glitch on how people can use the app to steal nights without paying. And since the two hotels I stayed at are not connected in any way, I don’t understand why they would have the same woman kick me out five hours down the road. Booking has yet to respond to my complaint. But I had a 105 fever and the flu and had to drive myself home after my bank card was locked and numerous hotel rooms were charged.

Booking is a fraud

My parents made a reservation at a hotel in Winchester, England, then cancelled on time to not get charged, per the terms of the reservation. They received an email confirming it was cancelled and that no charge will be made. To their surprise, one week after the cancellation they got charged the full amount of €240 a night. Then the nightmare began. Calling booking customer was a horrendous experience. Every person picking up the call would tell us a different story. They would say they did not charged it, or that it corresponded to another reservation (which it didn’t), or they would acknowledge it was a mistake and that they had to wait. We also called the hotel which confirmed that on their end they never charged us and therefore it had been Booking making the charge. After one month of about 17 calls with Booking customer service and sending bank documents to proof that the reservation had been charged to their bank account, finally my parents bank was able to present a complaint to Visa, providing all the documents, and they received the refund that Booking would deny them over and over again. This was an absolute fraud on the part of Booking and my family members and myself will never use this app again, period. There are lot of people in travel forums sharing similar experiences. Bye bye Booking.
