Tencent news provided better coverage of Asian news than other media outlets in the North America region. For that service, I want to say thank you! Meanwhile, I hope Tencent editors will do a better job in focusing on providing news reporting, less microblogging/personal-view-blogging types of articles.

All news are fake, domestic or international. Praises of President Xi and the central government are always on the top lines of the front page. No "negative energy" is allowed in either the report or comment sections. Other than the fake news on politics, it is flooded with superficial entertainment topics and indecent topics, if not obscene commercials. It is designed to feed trash to its readers and fool them. Together with Sina, Tencent News was once considered by many as the top platforms to see China. However, over the past few years both continued to deteriorate. Now I am appalled by its poor quality. The developers and Tencent should be ashamed of themselves to produce such a garbage App.
