Worst app

Worst medical/insurance app! No notification to phone or email on status of a claim; once submitted a claim, unable to edit anything; can’t see details of the claim on the interface when “action required” is prompted, you had to download the files in order to understand which items they are asking for, extremely uneasy to use. And you know what, actions required has no notifications either, they expect you to check the app every single day to realise these kind of things. It also loads data extremely slow for each tab you clicked. Causing more pain in life than providing convenience!

The problems range from app issues to the company information servers

My usage of this app is only limited to checking that monthly giro has gone through and checking the fund performances. There are times when I can’t even login no matter what I try (to which has happened a handful of times since the forced change from AXA to HSBC), and as of late the app has been unable to display fund performances for some accounts, or all accounts completely. Which is quite appalling to see that all the money poured in has amounted to $0 on this app? Why is this app or the company servers this atrocious?

Cannot even register an account

I would like to give a zero star review if it is possible. Please get a professional to develop your app! I cannot even register an account after trying multiple times, wasting of my time and end up I still couldn’t get the information I want to know with regards to my policy.
