Excellent Fuss-Free Proxy Service App
Doorzo is a super fuss-free, easy to use proxy service app that specialises in Japanese items! I have used their service multiple times and it was super fast, efficient and reliable! My items were shipped securely to me almost in an instant after consolidation at the warehouse. I also once accidentally made payment twice and the amount was refunded to me almost immediately within an hour. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for an avenue to purchase Japanese items that are hard to get!
Smooth service
Smooth service that was genuine, items’ weight during consolidation was miscalculated and they refunded me the excess amount paid which was honest to do so. Would be glad if they could include more shipping methods like ECMS. At the moment, only DHL and JP Post is present. Overall, great service!

Overall, each step from processing the purchase, consolidating in warehouse and shipping to my house had little issues and everything arrived safely.
Customer service was also very helpful in addressing my many questions!
I honestly was not expecting to receive a reply for any, but most queries were answered in detail a day after being sent ^^
