Poor Customer Service
Do not recommend to use the app. Poor customer service. Cheating to the consumers. They will charge full amount of money from the customers then they will send an email that some items have been cancelled without our agreement. After that refund will take at least two weeks May be more.
They have been stealing money from numbers of consumers without compensation. They could use our money at least two weeks with “Zero” interest.
What a shame!!!
Order Time and Respect to Customers
Bad review: When I ordered from online, the app claimed to be delivered by tomorrow but actually it didn’t deliver until 3 days and cancelled some items with informing me in advance and refund haven’t received yet.
