Mi Store is Xiaomi’s official iOS app to help you shop on-the-move. It offers a fast and intuitive interface to search, browse and purchase all Mi products, including phones, tablets and accessories, register for flash sales, pay securely using multiple payment options and track order delivery status. With this app, we'll ensure you have first dibs on all our new product launches and our special discount offers.
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also support Net banking, with over 40 leading banks integrated into our payment system. With the Cash-on-Delivery option, you can choose to pay using cash during product delivery instead of making an online payment in advance. We also offer a flexible EMI option with leading banks.
Mi.com’s easy replacement policy ensures that you get a replacement in case of any defects in the original product. Give us a call through the ‘Service’ page in Mi Store to explain the issue you’re facing with your mi.com purchase, and our team will help resolve it. If the resolution doesn’t address the concern, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost.

Annoying Rubbish!
The app arbitrarily decides what is “English” in your address and won’t allow any other characters; it also decides where you live and won’t allow you to enter London, for example, because it insists that it knows the area better than you do!
In addition, it can’t conceive that you might have a foreign mobile number, so insists that it must match the country of the address, even if that address is actually a forwarding company - the web site tells you that it can ship to your country but the app won’t.
After you wade through all that nonsense and eventually manage to add items to your cart, when you select Buy Now a Chinese pop-up with the name of the item appears and the app won’t go any further. Aliexpress can make all this work simply and efficiently, Xiaomi - so why can’t you?
Terrible
Cannot work with UK addresses, it insists my “area” is my borough not my county or town and I cannot change it. Requires house number, house name and street name (but not town), and I’m not confident my order would arrive based on how it mangled everything.
Tried anyway with Amex (as they would at least get my money back), but the payment system failed.
Just don’t use this.
Better than Apple
The fact that Xiaomi phones are better than iPhones is funny because apple has this luxury image to it but it is not true anymore. Xiaomi eventually will be more commonly known and more people will have Xiaomi phones
