    • The display does NOT show signs of “screen lifting”
    • You cannot feel a click or squish when applying pressure to the screen on a flat surface

    • The display has one or more cracks on the front glass or the LCD is fractured
    • The display has a shattered front glass
    • The display is not functioning properly and/or is not responsive to touch
    • The display has deep scratches that impair the usability or readability

    • The display shows signs of “screen lifting”
    • You can feel a click or squish when applying pressure to the screen on a flat surface

    We do not accept:

    • Devices with signs of severe physical or liquid damage
    • Devices containing counterfeit or third party parts
    • Devices with unauthorized modifications

  • The case of the device consists of the edges and the back or shell.

    • The enclosure has no scratches or only minor scratches or scuffs from normal wear and tear
    • The device has no dents/chips or only minimal dents/chips
    • The device has a slight or no bend

    • The sensors are clear of any scratches or condensation (Watch Only)

    • The enclosure has significant signs of damage beyond normal wear and tear

    • One or more of the buttons are not functioning properly

    We do not accept:
