While we aim to respond to all messages, it may not be possible due to sheer volume of messages arriving. We also need your valid e-mail address in order to be able to respond or process your mail about a possible incident.

If you are reporting an incident: We are interested only in first hand reports (e.g. passenger reports, witness reports, reports from listeners on ATC frequencies, ...).
Incident reports without valid mail address, with pointers to other media reports, concerning radar only observations, non air transport category operations or non-airliners are being discarded without reply.
